There are three 3D scanners available in the UAB Libraries. There is a tabletop EinScan-SP V2 3D scanner located in Sterne Library 3D Printing. There are two Afinia Einstar Handheld 3D Scanners available for checkout, one in the LibLab in Sterne Library and one in the Lister Hill Library Virtual Reality Studio.
EinScan-SP Tabletop 3D Scanner and workstation
There is one EinScan-SP V2 3D scanner connected to a desktop workstation in Sterne Library 3D Printing. The scanner is available for drop-in use on a first-come, first-served basis. No reservations or training are required to use the scanner. A printed manual for the scanner is available at the workstation.
