Some articles are available in full-text directly from CINAHL. In this case, click on the PDF button (or sometimes HTML button) to access the article. CINAHL does not provide full text for every article it indexes.
If CINAHL does not have your article, use the Full Text@UAB Libraries button to see if the library has it.
If UAB Libraries has the article it should appear after clicking on Full Text@UAB Libraries.
If online full text is not available through Lister Hill, check Google Scholar, or request the article through interlibrary loan.
