Preparing for the Anesthesiology Boards
During your Anesthesiology Residency you will prepare for and take several exams from the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA). These exams can be divided into two categories:
While it's important to prepare for the ITE, this should not take precedence over studying for the ABA Board Exams as these determine your ability to practice as an anesthesiologist. The content and format of the ABA Basic and Advanced Exams differs from that of the ITE and your preparation should account for this.
