Use the Library Catalog to find books of literary or cultural criticism. You can search the Catalog for journal titles, some articles, and audiovisual material as well.
To search for books published about a specific author or about an author's work, go to the advanced search, select "Browse" from the top banner, and then enter the author's last name first name (e.g., morrison toni).
Choose a relevant subject heading to view a list of books about that topic. Subject headings with the subheading Criticism and interpretation or with a subheading that lists a work by the author are usually good starting points.
To get to subject headings, follow these steps using your author's last name, first name at step 3.
