Homewood Public Library - 

The Homewood Public Library has space and resources for your next gathering. Their online meeting room application form can be used to request a date for one of their meeting rooms. Their meeting room coordinator will contact you and let you know if the dates are available. It’s a good idea to have a few dates in mind if space is unavailable.
IMPORTANT NOTE:  Meeting room reservations are reserved in four-hour time blocks. Auditorium seating style is the default configuration for all meeting rooms unless otherwise noted.  Optional setup requires an additional fee.

Mountain Brook Public Library - 

The Mountain Brook Public Library has both a 25 person capacity conference room and a 100 person capacity community room available to rent.

Hoover Public Library

Do you need a private space to study or work individually or as a group? The Library has Individual and Group Study Rooms available to use for no charge.

Bookable for a maximum of 2 hours a day (once per day).  Same day reservations only.  Individual Rooms: 1 reservation per individual per day.  Group Rooms: 1 reservation per individual or group per day. Back-to-back reservations are not permitted.  There is a 15-min. no-show policy.  See the Fiction or Circulation desks to reserve a room.
