The UAB Libraries participate in a read and publish agreement with Emerald Publishing that waives Article Processing Charges (APCs) for UAB affiliated authors who publish in one of their more than 300 gold and hybrid Premier journals. This means you can publish your articles open access at no cost to you.
To participate in the program, UAB authors must be either the first or corresponding author and should use their uab.edu or uabmc.edu email during the submission and acceptance process. A complete list of covered Emerald Premier journals can be found here.
