DARE is a unique database, containing abstracts of systematic reviews that have been quality assessed.
Each abstract includes a summary of the review together with a critical commentary about the overall quality. DARE contains 15,000 such abstracts and over 6,000 quality assessed reviews.
(Produced by the Centre for Reviews and Dissemination (CRD) in York,UK.)
Note: Funding for DARE ceased at the end of March 2015. The Cochrane Library will host the archived DARE content until further notification.
First, try the URL links in the left sidebar in the DARE record.
If no full text links are found, use the citation to the original article, found in the header of the DARE abstract, and follow the steps listed in the LHL Guide to Finding Full Text.
If you are managing citations with EndNote X2 or newer, EndNote can be used to find many full text articles. Instructions
This tutorial (3:40) will demonstrate how to find other systematic reviews on a topic by using DARE results from a Cochrane Library search.
