If the interview was conducted via email, substitute “E-mail interview” for “Oral Interview.”

The word “lecture” may be replaced by the type of presentation. Some options are: Address, Reading, Speech, Keynote, Guest lecture, or Conference presentation.

If the email was to someone other than the author, include the receiver’s name.
