The instructions below demonstrate how to export from CINAHL but apply to any EBSCOhost database (e.g., Business Source Premier, Academic Search Premier, or SPORTDiscus).
1) Open the EndNote library in which you want to save citations
2) Go to the CINAHL database and perform your search. Add citations to your CINAHL folder by clicking the Add to folder icon below the citation(s) you are interested in
3) Click the 
icon located at the top of the page
4) Check the box(es) next to the citation(s) you want to send to EndNote (or check Select all at the top) and then click Export on the right
5) Select Direct Export to EndNote, ProCite, CITAVI, or Reference Manager and click the Save button
Internet Explorer users, you should then see the selected references in your EndNote library. Firefox users will need to select "Open with" and make sure ResearchSoft Direct Export Helper or EndNote X7 is selected. Chrome users will need to select Open.
